Appliances contained within the unit and sold by the dealer including washer, dryer, range, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, trash compactor, garbage disposal and built in microwave. Food spoilage; We will reimburse you up to 100.00 per occurrence if your refrigerator breaks down due to a covered part and service is not available for 24 hours or longer and food spoilage occurs. | Lost key/Lock out; We will reimburse you up to 35.00 per occurrence for receipted locksmith service if your keys are lost or locked inside your home. | We will, in the event of a failure of a covered part, reimburse you for expenses up to 125.00 per day for a maximum of 3 days for meals (resturants only) and lodging (hotel/motel only) costs incurred by you providing the failure causes your home to become uninhabitable, defined as temperature greater than 95 degrees F, or less than 40 degrees F, and additional authorization is obtained from us (expect where required by law). | Any part that is not listed as covered.
