Our "Buy-For" program is a means of financing your new home with the help of a family member. The home is actually financed in your relatives name and the down payment for this program is uaually 20%.
We also offer a Co-Signer program that allows someone to sign along with you to insure repayment. The co-signer program will help in a situation where you have limited credit experiance but wil not help with bad crtedit.
Our FHA Title I program is great for first time buyers, it allows some one with limited credit and some bad credit to finance a new home. It also allows you to use time in School as job time.
