If you own your own land, or having it donated to you and are using it in lieu of a cash downpayment, or if you want to buy land, it along with your new home and the improvements that are needed such as clearing, dozer work, foundation, runner system, sewer system, electric pole, water hook up along with porches, decks and carports etc... can be financed together so you have only one payment.
The interest rates are generally lower because it is considered a real estate loan. If you are using your lands equity, generally there is no cash down payment required.
When you are buying land to place your new home on, minimum down payments start at ZERO and are based on your credit history and other factors as determined by the lender.
We are approved builders with USDA Rural Development and can offer access to ZERO down payment lenders to those who qualify even if you have limited or no credit.
